When you download the game and run it, you will see a little server status part. If it says "offline", click on IP Config and put in the following.

 

On the line that says IP put in - 24.98.167.58

Then on the line that says port, put in any number between 1 and 10000. I suggest using port 4000. I have the server set up on 10000 ports to reduce lag and build up server speed. This also alows for 100 players at a time instead of only 50 players at a time.
